The process begins with the acquisitions of first-class cattle, selected from the best grassland of Argentina, following a strict sanitary control and a proper manipulation.
It continues with a direct follow up and supervision from the moment the animal is put in its pen the night before the loading to the dispatch of the finished product. This includes the loading in appropriate trucks and appropriate quantities for the transportation to the slaughterhouse, the rest day before the slaughter of each troop, the sanitary and hygienic control during the production of each cut, and its final packaging to start the adequate chilling process.
The slaughter and processing takes place in slaughterhouses habilitated by the European Union, fulfilling the world’s highest standards of quality, reaching the world’s shelves with an outstanding product. |
